Every night I find myself awake, thinking, questioning, fearing, every part of my life. My mind is a mashed up mess of, I know I can be great, and who am I kidding. its a deepening black hole filled with hopes and dreams, questions un-answered, Ideas and creations, paintings and books that remain unfinished. I have a tearing feeling in the back of my mind that i am a perfect imbalance of human capability and unwavering constraint. Enormous waves of I think I can, only to be scuttled into the shore with yeah right. I am the immovable object colliding head on with myself as the unstoppable force. dust filled lungs and hollow eyes, one thousand lies to hide my crimes, modern times mean nothing to me, suppressing the past in a self induced lobotomy, empathy burdens me, it s the way of the world that haunts me so. the lies we form to hide our shape, we rape our our lives reshape our minds red tape the fine lines between reality and actuality, the masks we wear become our burden to bare, a facade of what we wanted to be. and now its over grown and grafted to, the former self, someone we actually knew. eventually that mask will brake, and slowly start to take, everything we knew of you, beginning to show the real you shining through. no on
